transitional kitchen facelift

This kitchen had a nice layout and great bones to start with. The cabinets were updated from an outdated oak color to a calming sage green with a darker green island to contrast. One of the easiest updates that brought huge change was swapping out the hardware and faucet color for matte black finish. The backsplash features a 2.5x5 hand-crafted subway tile that brings in a mix of warm colors, and really ties the space together.
